Megaparis Terms & Conditions – Please read everything before you start

Megaparis (also referred to as "megaparis" or the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. The Terms & Conditions set out in this document apply to the megaparis website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on megaparis, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms. Please read the full document before proceeding.

Megaparis reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notification will be shown upon your next login and you will be required to accept the updated terms.

Megaparis services are for adults only. Anyone who does not meet the following conditions is not permitted to register or use the platform:

Each person is allowed only one account on megaparis. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, these are considered "duplicate accounts" and all of them may be suspended.

• The name, phone number, and email address provided at registration must be accurate
• A single phone number and email address may only be linked to one account
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the member's responsibility
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify megaparis immediately

To update your account details, please contact the support team. A change of name will require supporting verification documents.

• No fees are charged on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply
• Keep the Transaction ID provided at the time of deposit

• Megaparis reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities
• Funds are typically credited to your wallet within 5 minutes of a successful deposit

There are certain conditions that must be met before withdrawing funds from megaparis. Full details are provided below:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals may only be made to a registered payment method
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met, your withdrawal may be placed on hold
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 2–6 hours
• Megaparis reserves the right to set a maximum daily withdrawal limit

If unusual betting patterns or fraud are suspected, megaparis reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation. If no irregularities are found, the withdrawal will be processed promptly.

Megaparis offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement – check the relevant bonus details page for more information
• Only one bonus can be activated per deposit
• Bonuses apply only to deposits made through registered payment methods
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly – funds are converted to cash only once wagering requirements are fully met
• Megaparis reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or misuse
• Bonuses have a set expiry date – any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on megaparis, covering all Sports and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available)
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded
• Megaparis is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting
• If an event in an accumulator bet is voided, it is counted as 1.0 odds
• Bets are settled based on the official match result, not on unofficial announcements
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, megaparis reserves the right to void the affected bets

For cricket: a match will be considered void if fewer than 5 overs are completed in a T20 or fewer than 20 overs in an ODI, and all bets will be cancelled accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megaparis platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using megaparis for money laundering or any other illegal transactions
• Intimidating, harassing, or verbally abusing support staff

Megaparis strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, megaparis will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost due to internet disconnection or device failure
• Delays caused by issues on the part of a third-party payment provider
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance periods
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence
• If a game result is affected by an error in the game provider's system

Betting always carries financial risk. megaparis is under no obligation to refund any losses. Please play within your means.

Megaparis reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Notifications will be sent via the website and app
• At least 7 days' notice will be given for any major changes
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
